We want you to love your Okapi Home goods but if your are not 100% happy with your order we’ll do everything we can to quickly resolve the issue.

A return request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. To submit your request, please email customerservice@okapihome.com with your order number and reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Be sure to repack the unused and undamaged items carefully in the original packing and include the packing slip that came with your order. Once we receive the package, we will credit the original form of payment right away. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received this information. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to company error.

Order Cancellation

Orders placed on www.okapihome.com may only be cancelled within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, it’s likely that the order has already been processed and potentially shipped, but check with us just in case. If it has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please follow the instructions for a return.

Damages/Defects

All of our goods are individually handmade and so imperfections should be expected and simply add to the charm of you handmade good.

However, while we take every care to ensure all of our handcrafted goods reach you in perfect condition, should your item arrive damaged we’ll happily exchange it at no additional cost to you. Please email customerservice@okapihome.com and we will priority-schedule a replacement. Please save all cartons, packing materials and your damaged item.
